Our bags are crafted in limited quantities. If the item is in stock, it typically ships within 2 business days. For made-to-order or pre-order items, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your item is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging with tags intact. Custom orders or items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. For return authorization, please contact our Concierge.
